WeChat Shopping Guide

Service account conversation ability (former Wechat Shopping Guide Assistant) is a C-SA-B (user-service assistant-business) interactive product tool provided by Wechat for merchants with service accounts.

Service staff of merchants can active one-to-one conversations with service account followers through Mini Program "service account dialogue assistant" to provide personalized information and services. Through the dialogue ability of the service account, merchants can strengthen the effective communication with users and improve the quality of service and the activity of users.

DM Hub supports access to Wechat conversation ability (Shopping Guide Assistant) data and records conversations between customers and consultants.

1. Access Guide#

1.1 Access to the Wechat official account#

Before using the DM Hub shopping guide assistant function, please make sure that you have bound the authenticated Wechat service account in DM Hub and authorized it to Convertlab. Refer to setting up Center-Marketing contact-Wechat official account 链接待更新

If you need to bind multiple official accounts, in order to merge Wechat followers of different official accounts, please first go to the Wechat open platform to bind multiple official accounts in one open platform account.

Several Wechat official accounts are bound in DM Hub. When using each function of Wechat official account module, you can click on the upper right to switch Wechat official account.

1.2 add a dialogue plug-in#

Add the plug-in of dialogue ability (former shopping guide) and add consultants in Wechat public platform.

The service consultant (shopping guide) can find the bound followers through the "service account dialogue assistant" Mini Program, initiate and receive messages.

2. Synchronize data to DM Hub#

On the [Interaction -Wechat -Shopping Guide Assistant] page, click [synchronize data] at the top right to synchronize the added shopping guide consultants.

On the list page, you can view the exclusive QR code of the shopping guide, the account of followers bound, the account of messages communicated and chat records.

3. customer data of interactive dialogue#

DM Hub records messages and events of interaction between consultants and users. In [Advanced Filter-Customer Events-Wechat Events], select "send message to Wechat consultant" or "receive Wechat consultant message" to check and circle the customers who interacted with the shopping consultant.
