Concept of Tenant

As a SaaS software platform, DM Hub can be used online directly. The data between different companies are isolated from each other, and each company has its own data. Therefore, each independent system data is a tenant, and an enterprise can have one or more tenants.

One User Belongs to Multiple Tenants

DM Hub supports one user to log in to multiple tenants, that is, a set of account passwords can log in to multiple tenants. Users with multiple tenants can choose tenants to log in to when logging in to the system.
User can switch to other tenant by clicking [Switch Tenant] at the upper right corner of the system to enter other tenant directly.
