Task
When a customer submits a form or enters an important stage, it may require the intervention of the responsible correspondent to contact the customer and promote sales or perform specific operations on the customer to connect from marketing to sales. DM Hub supports creating tasks for users manually or automatically and can associate with specific customers, and therefore achieve following up leads in time. Please note: This function is not a default function of the system, please contact your account manager to activate it.
