System Introduction

1.Cloud EnvironmentEnterprise can choose to purchase public cloud software service, private cloud software service, or privatization deployment.

2.Function Modules#
2.1Home PageLog in to the system will enter the system homepage. The DM Hub homepage is mainly composed of three parts:
- Navigation Bar:Menu entry for each function, search, entry to help center, etc.
- Fixed Charts:Including customer statistics, WeChat fan statistics, and product update information
- Configurable Carts:Click [Configure homepage] button in the upper right corner to configure the content on home page. Customer stage, customer source, membership level distribution, customer label, micro page, SMS, automatic process, email, WeChat QR code, WeChat template message are available for configuration. Each user can configure their own charts

2.2User ManagementThe tenant name and TID (tenant ID) are displayed in the upper right corner of the system. Place the mouse here to view user management and other functions.
The user management function is visible only to the tenant admin, who can manage all users of the entire tenant, set user's function and data permissions, as well as setting up single sign-on.

2.3Setting CenterThe [⚙] button at the top right conner is system setting center, system basic configuration can be managed there.

2.4Function MenuThe button in the upper left corner is the menu drawer. Click to view function menu and enter specific functions.

2.5Notification CenterImportant notifications are displayed in notification center, such as product upgrade notifications, notifications about system functions, etc. Click the button to view the message in notification center.

3.Multi-LanguageDM Hub is provided in Chinese and English, and the system, by default, is provided in Chinese only. If you need to turn on the multi-language function, you can contact your account manager for help. After the activation is completed, click [Tenant Name] in the upper right corner of the system to switch between Chinese and English versions.

4.Online AssistanceDM Hub provides various forms of online assistance to provide better services for users.

4.1Help CenterWhen encountering problems, users can click [?] button to enter the help center and query related instructions. The help center is filed with introduction and operation instructions for all functions in the system, as well as collections of common problems.
#
4.2Online AssistantIf the help center cannot answer the question, users can consult the online customer service through the customer service button in the lower right corner of the system, and ask online assistant service to check the problem.
