Returned order analysis

1.Overview#

DM DM Hub is capable of importing multiple order data, such as T-mall, official mall, etc. During daily operations, in addition to paying attention to positive data such as sales growth and repurchase, the analysis of the root causes of returns cannot be ignored, and the optimization of products or operational strategies should be made accordingly. The number of returns, the return amount, the number of returned order customers and the return rate can be analyzed by setting up the indexes, etc., to show the detailed return situation in different dimensions.

2.How to analyze returned orders#

2.1Choose analysis group#

Select a group or add conditions to restrict the analysis group, as shown in the figure below, that is, the members who are currently following the WeChat official account.

For example, to analyze the return data of fans who have unfollowed or customers who have never followed, conditions can be set as shown in the following figure:

2.2Set analysis dimension#

The analysis dimensions include customer attributes, product information, order information, receipt information, and statistical information. If the returned orders of different products are to be analyzed, select product information-product name.

2.3Set analysis index#

Analysis indexes include the number of returns, the amount of returns, the customer number who returned their orders, the rate of return, and custom indexes. If you want to analyze the number of returned orders, select Statistics-Number of returned orders.

  • Custom indexes: Custom indexes can be selected from the system preset indicators: returned order analysis, return amount, customer number of returns, and the return rate. These four indexes can be calculated to generate new indexes, such as average return quantity = the number of return quantity / customer number of returns

2.4Set analysis time#

Analysis time can choose relative time or absolute time

2.5Limit order attributes#

Limit order attributes by setting product information, order information, receipt information, and statistical information. If you want to analyze the return under of offline pickup, you can limit the order information/transportation method: equal to offline pickup.

2.6Analysis results#
